A very good capture of the harbour scene. The tree in the forefront adds a lot to the beauty of this picture.

A ruggedly beautiful venue. Just enough chop to put some real sparkle in the scene. Excellent composition.

The water and the sparkles look wonderfully refreshing. Is that shrub hiding something? Another splendid land/waterscape, Eve!

Wonderful image Lyn. When watching it, this song is playing in my head:
"Full ten thousand miles behind us,
And a thousand miles before,
Ancient ocean waves to waft us
To the well remembered shore.
Newborn breezes swell to send us
To our childhood welcome skies,
To the glow of friendly faces
And the glance of loving eyes.
Rolling home, rolling home,
Rolling home across the sea,
Rolling home to dear old England
Rolling home, dear land to thee."
I know it's nostalgic, but can't help it.
Regards, Cornelius

The blues are so rich, I adore places and days like this. Sparkling sea and clear skies. Nice use of the jetty too.

I don't know that song Cornelius is referring to. Too bad he couldn't send an audio comment, with him singing it. LOL. What a gorgeous shot you have here, Lyn. The color of the water is beautiful. I love the hills across the bay.

I think this is the song Cornelius is talking about. I can see why this photo would make an old seafarer think about rolling home. Love the colors and your eyes have seen some beautiful places and we have seen them through your eyes. Thanks Lyn

Looks beautifully sunny there but the water looks decidedly choppy. I presume you'll be seeing the first signs of Autumn soon. Great picture.
