Nightmare without the edging. . . . "Pale we stand, as waters flow, Palings beneath the water go." poem by krt (Kevin) . . and another by 0930_23 (Tick) "Into the watery murk I go, waves tossing me to and fro" . . . I was practicing with my new Wide Angle lens for this shot . . (silly me thought one just popped it on and clicked the shutter! . . I have much to learn, and may even have to do a bit of manual controlling. Horrors!)

This looks better than Nightmare 1 Lyn - much more reality - you can feel the flood coming up and up and up!

Great shot! With the turbulent looking waters, it puts fear into a guys mind. I can't swim!! I'm staying away for the edge.

Great photo again Lyn. This really gives you the feel that you're about to become a bobber. A Owd Bobber at that. The waves seem out of control as in a nightmare. Maybe you should walk backwards around you bed three times before retiring for the night. Might help. Excellent coloring and comp.

What a difference between this and "sweet Dreams. Both are fantastic for the composition, but I think I like this one better! What an exceptional job you've done!

I'd like to know what you did too, it's full of drama. I think I prefer this to the presentation in 'nightmare'. There's so much atmosphere.
