This is Lake Hayes,visited on my recent travels. It is one of the smaller lakes in the beautiful Southern Lakes district of New Zealand. About 15 minutes drive from Queenstown it is surrounded by deer farms and vineyards.Such peace and tranquility here, I hope you feel some of it. . . . Panasonic DMC-FZ7 . Yup...it's snowing here AGAIN so this is just what the doctor ordered for my housebound hide. Very peaceful and I can feel the warmth! Great shot and thanks for the info on the settings.

I feel the peace Lyn, and I feel the quiet. And I feel the blue! Lovely reflections, especially those little puffy clouds above the mountain on the left. I also like that you got down low to take this. Now you'll tell me you're vertically challenged. I will do a slight Patti Fogz and query the straightness of your horizon, but it only looks slightly off and this is so lovely it doesn't matter.
