A Rainbow over Lake Wakatipu,South Island, New Zealand. Another shot from my Queenstown balcony. It was quite a strange sensation to look down on a rainbow. . . .Panasonic DMC-FZ7. Thank you for looking:) Comments of any kind most welcome and appreciated.

Such a beautiful place to be, especially when there was a rainbow the color of Easter Eggs! I love the lighting in the foreground contrasting with the dark mountain and cloudy sky beyond. Happy Easter, Eve!

What wonderful changes of light, Lyn. The picture segues from dark, brooding storm to lovely sunny bay with the rainbow as the bridge. You have a wonderful view from your balcony (almost as good as overlooking New Brighton LOL!!).
