The second of my Autumn pictures.These are the yellow and red fruits of a Strawberry Tree (Arbutus unedo) They are edible but I have never sampled them. The flowers of this tree resemble Lily of the Valley. I have one in my garden but this one is in the Public Gardens.I thought the sunlit leaves were nice . . . . The sunlight makes it come alive, especially around the fruits. Very nice!

Lyn, this is fantastic. The way you have caught the sunlight filtering through the leaves and fruits is wonderful. I just had this in the VB and gave it a 10. Fav'd and thanks for sharing. Well done!

Looks like the tree is being x-rayed. I don't think it is going to make it past winter. Great shot Lyn.

Lucky you! You're in the Autumn season down there and we're in late Spring up here. The hot Summer is close at hand. I'll trade you. A fine image with good lighting.
