Friends, I have to tell you OB (dunstickin)mistook the title of my photo "Bare Branches" - he was dissapointed as he thought it was Bare Benches! So -I got to work and made one for him to add to this photo from my recent garden walk - late afternoon sun - a nice place to sit. As you can see it has his name on it - but Bob is also an instruction for any ladies passing to bob a curtsey in honour of our King of the Benches..

Very nice shot, and then when I opened it up and saw that you put Bob's name on it, I thought "what a great idea". It looks to be a lovey place to sit. Very nice work.

Priceless capture Lyn and chuckled the way you put his name on it. I'm sure good Bob will love to sit and relax in his reserved bench. Maybe he'll let us join him, lol.

Gorgeous colours, lighting and composition.

Lyn I'm so sorry that I must tell you that our Owd Mucker is not really interested in benches where he can only sit on, but only in benches where he can lay on to do an outdoor nap. I was told the better the bench the harder he's snoring. It belongs to an outdoor nap as well to accept some pigeon droppings, so Bob be a firm and brave lad and don't complain, LOL!!!
Although this post made me smiling, like to say that it's a very fine capture as well.

I think you spelled his name backwards Lyn. What a great shot and I would love to see the ladies bob to his Owd Highness.
I like the light and shadows in this one very much.

A good bench for Bob in lovely surroundings but I'm not sure if it's suitable as, being in NZ, it'll be upside down! LOL!

"Bob a courtsey"? Lol. I think OB would prefer something a little more provovative, no? Such a fine work and dedication for our resident bench connoisseur.
