No one told these flowers that Spring does not start until September :) The trumpet of the little daffy is no more than half an inch in diameter. Taken with Canon 450D. Thank you for looking - I value your comments and opinions :)

Lyn, this is lovely - soft and gentle like spring is supposed to be. It looks like the back flower is a snowdrop.

At last - signs of spring (beginning of Ausust is like beginning of February here - no chance of any spring signs normally here) and some flowers to herald its coming. Nice shot of the daffodils, Lyn.

Wow Lyn really love this and that elegent little daffy is so pretty. Well maybe spring is coming early for you, I hope that doesn't mean winters coming close here.

Really like the frame work really showing this off, Bravo

I always enjoyed the lyrics to this song from State Fair Lyn. I am not sure if it is the flower or you that is the most anxious. Good post.

Beautiful, Eve. The snowdrop gives a sense of how small the daffy is. I like the petite butterfly too.

Sounds like the weather thee might just be as crazy as it has been here. Good to see the blooms though.

The people at the southern hemisphere are on the 'good side' of the calender now Lyn, as the days are growing longer, so spring is near for you. The wonderful image of the tiny trumpet daffodil is a proof for it. Love your presentation too, so it's a perfect post to me!
Regards, Cornelius.

I gave this a high score in the VB and didnt even know it was yours. I liked the subject and framing in this one. I should have realised it was yours. Well done!

If NZ is anything like here Lyn then seasons hardly exist any more. This is a lovely and cute little daffodil or narcissus.
