I have had a Polarising Filter for some time but rarey use it as I seem to mess things up with it ! I used it for this shot yesterday and wonder if anyone can tell me if it could have caused the reflected sky to look such a different colour to the real sky ?

It's beautiful, and a little dark, but the use of these filters can be adjusted so to make an exposure lighter. Try a circular one to experiment with, and you will be impressed.
