Hehe, I think I have landed on my feet. Yes, I am aware cats always do, but you know what I mean.
Humans are so silly, don't they know I am perfectly capable of looking after myself ? But who am I to say no to gourmet food, a choice of comfortable beds (although I do prefer my humans bed best) lots of cuddles and a selection of squeaky toys and catnip mice? I am even provided with curtains to practice my climbing skills on !
I did miss my bountiful mother at first and I was not too happy about being vaccinated, but I have a brother to talk to and play with, and although he is a bit bossy he does wash my face for me if I am feeling too lazy to do it myself. The humans seem to like playing with my toys with me as well - they do look silly.
I will probaly reward them with lots of melodious purring and I will listen to them if they need someone to talk to, and sit on their laps to keep them warm, even tolerate having my photo taken. Maybe I will look out for mice for them - but hey - I think I have the best part of the bargain.
Yes, I think I will stay. Hehe.
