Splendid shot, Lyn. The upper layer of clouds looks like a ceiling holding everything in. All those coulds are fantastic and the blues of the water and mountains all make this such a wonderous scene.

Lyn, this is a wonderful landscape photo. Perfect all the way. I wonder if the weather was so clean there or this is a result of any kind of postprocess? Fantastic looking clouds, and all others in this scene.

Wow! A dramatic and spectacular view, LynEve. The foreground rocks and trees provide an excellent sense of scale and give this photo great depth. I like the colors, and you've captured the light beautifully. Outstanding photography!

My thoughts mirror Mick's. I truly would love to see Lake Wanaka in person. Love the layers of water, land and sky. The two colliding cloud systems seem amazing to me!

That ribbon of puffy cloud sitting on the mountains really makes this pop. The processing has a hdr quality, but one well contained and that suits the landscape. Drama and awe in spades.
