This is a lot calmer water water than some of your photos have given us, Lyn, but I think if you'd followed the owd dude's suggestion, we might be seeing your shoes stuck in the sand and your footprints leading away from them! Cool shot and title.

Those gulls really do look like they are walking on sunshine. I also like how you have caught the sand ripples just as the water has gone out. Great capture - well done!
