Today I had time to fill in the beautiful grounds of a hospital as I waited for someone. It was a dull and chilly day but this little tree with its autumn leaves glowing was a sight to lift the heart and one felt warmed and encouraged just standing beneath its canopy.

The area of the small branches amid the orange leaves, in the lower center of the photo, has a beautiful and colorful contrast going on. I always study photos to look for the "image within an image," so my suggestion would have been to lower the camera just a little to eliminate the path and grass (which I find distracting) from the photo, cropping in tighter so all one sees is leaves and spreading branches. But that's just me... I like to put tapioca in my vanilla ice cream and call it "Boogers & Cream," and my favorite sandwich is grilled peanut butter (which should illustrate that I really have no taste at all). I'm guessing not many other people would like that so you can just ignore me if you like. 8D
