Looking across the Tasman Valley towards Aoraki Mt Cook peeping up through the gap. We have had one of the hottest summers for a long time and the vegetation is very brown this year.
There is perhaps too much sky in this image butI like the unusual formations of the clouds.

I think your choice of leaving more sky was a good idea, brings more color to your image. We had a dry hot one last year as well. I like the peek a boo shot of that majestic peak. Tigs♥ =^..^=

I love it Lyn! The sky is a perfect compliment to this stunning scenery. I also think that the 'brown vegetation' is also a plus and adds much to the image.
