When it came to hunny, Winnie the Pooh was no fool.
I've also become a big fan of honey from your neck of the woods, Lyn. Honey from the Leatherwood forests in Tazmania is amazingly delicious. If it's available in New Zealand, I'd highly recommend trying it. It's intensely floral & a little off-putting at first, but the flavor will quickly win you over. Oh, and nice bee shot too. To me, it looks like a bumblebee from the back, but maybe your bees are just bigger than ours.
