At the end of a working life they are thrown on the scrapheap..I know how they feel..Lovely image..R.

The rust has become a rarity here for the reasons known only too well to our TicK [SOT] and Raj who mentioned them in relation to the latest post by TicK. Anything made of metal is being taken over at once to be sold. No scrap metal to be found in Poland these days...:)
