Today we farewelled an old friend from way back and on our way home stopped at this lovely beach (called Waikouaiti). I could not get right down to the beach as the recent heavy seas have eaten into the bank I was standing on leaving a very steep drop to the sand. Today the sea was calm and a nice peaceful place for a driving break, and to reflect on things. Taken late afternoon with Panasonic TZ60.

I found this place in Street View on Matanaka Dr. Nice area and your image is way more beautiful than what I see in street view. I like seeing your images from your magical country. The gull looks like he's about to dive on a meal. Well done.
