New Zealand Parliament Executive Wing in Wellington known colloquially as "The Beehive" . The building on the right is Parliament House, which is a more traditional (and more attractive) neogothic style, currently being renovated.
The Beehive was opened by Elizabeth II, Queen of New Zealand in 1977. The design was originally the idea of British architect Sir Basil Spence, but was mostly designed by NZ Ministry of Works. It is 10 stories high (72 metres)
If you look closely in the lower right corner of this photo you will see a little child on the ground crying, and his mother running to catch the purple balloon he had let go of :)

Excellent clarity, lighting control and balance, and composition.
Now, did mom get the balloon and restore family happiness for the moment? :-)
