Driving on after our stop where I took On Golden Pond my ever patient driver (my husband of 47 years, and this trip to the mountains was to mark our anniversary) suddenly said he thought we had better stop. Was something wrong? No, he told me to look behind us and this was the beautiful sunset :)
On Golden Pond was taken at 6.16pm and this one at 6.20pm. How quickly the sky can change.
This was taken with Panasonic TZ60. Thank you for looking.

Lyn, thanks to your hubby for his excellent advice. Else we we had probably missed this 'golden stunner'! S+F of course. Thanks, my friend!

A driver and a photo spotter as well! No wonder you have stayed with him for 47 years.

Lyn - There's enough 'wow' factor in this sunset for a dozen others. Spectacular!
