The cineraria I have in my garden each summer were originally planted almost 30 years ago and have self-seeded ever since. Some years they are all similar purple shades but this year I have seen several pink and white ones as ones as well. Conditions must have been favourable for them because they have grown a lot taller than usual.

Hey, look up from the phone a minute, there's a view!
I just now Googled Cineraria to see other examples, because they look like they're glowing from within, but I see that the petals turn near white next to the ovary, the center of the flower. And I can see that what I thought were spots on the petals are actually rain or dew drops. I think I like this one better, the unique nature of the flower's colorization really comes out. S&F.
