A couple of my friends are rowers (very good ones !) They and their team had been rowing on the harbour a few weeks ago when I saw them coming in with their boat from the shelter of the harbourside cafe. I took this through the window which has resulted in some reflection marks on the image which I hope are not too distracting..

Nice and interesting scene and a good shot of it through the window. In case you don't know while shooting through glass keep the lens as close to the glass as possible to get the best result.

...or a fine example of the well-known but rare "Flat Whale". It being a protected species, I'm guessing these fishermen were arrested, shortly after you took this shot? It's obvious that they tried to disguise what they were doing here... they abandoned their tell-tale muck boots and canvas pants!

It's not distracting at all, Lyn, so a proper decision because not shooting this unique scene would really had been a miss. Wonderful and rare 'action shot'.
