Driving home a couple of weeks ago beneath a sky that was just begging to be photographed. It's just a through the windscreen shot (no I was not driving ) edited to make it resemble a canvas painting.

If John Denver were your neighbor, Lyn, he would have written songs about this beautiful land of yours. Just replace "West Virginia" with "In New Zealand". It's obvious from the images in your gallery that you have a strong knowledge of and deep love for your land. I never get tired of seeing it.

I take a lot of shots like this when I am driving LE. For some reason, getting the sense of being in the road adds a lot.

Lyn, if this splendid image was an image of mine, I would have chosen for the 'skies' gallery instead of the 'landscape' gallery.
The landscape is wonderful, but the sky is even more impressive to me.
Anyhow a painterly one (☺) !
