In our town we have a little park right on our main shopping street. It is dedicated to George Jones, a well known and highly respected resident who founded our local newspaper. He died in 1920 and the stone gate to the park is a memorial to him. Each year the park has different plantings alongside the perennials. This year it is begonias, geraniums and dahlias. I went along today to capture a few with my Panasonic TZ60. It was a dull day, good for the vibrant colours, but the breeze was a nuisance, the flowers just would not stay still! The dahlias were dancing :)
