There are lots of such places near me. A couple of houses and a church, etc. Only thing missing is a pub...
As for the brightness/saturation. I've recently subscribed to the full fat version of Photoshop/Lightroom and am still in playing about mode. I might have got a bit over excited with all the options available and become a bit of a 'Slider Glider'! So, don't adjust your sets, normal service will soon be resumed... :)

I like the brightness/lightness of this - I think it suits it and it looks like a beautiful summer day.
A quaint and beautiful scene, well taken and edited.
I have Lightroon 3. Usually forget I have it but once I open it can spend hours 'fiddling' :)
