The sharpness is great, depth of field is spot on and the colour is rich. It's often tough to work out what to leave IN a picture and what to take OUT. :) But often that decision is the most important for the overall impact of the image. If you were most focussed on that lovely curvy neck then I think you need to crop more of the body of the bird out. The absence of the bottom part of the bird seems awkward to me, the way the photo is right now. Cool bird and a nice shot if him. :)
