The Clifton Suspension Bridge, spanning the Avon Gorge, is the symbol of the city of Bristol, England. First opened in 1864, it's longest span is 702 ft (214 m) and it's 245 ft (75 m) above high water level.

I like the angle this picture was taken at. As Hans said, bridges are hard to capture, but you did it quite beautifully. Very well done!

Hi Richard great post yet surprised so little comment. Composition alone makes this a winner, you may recall that the Phloss and I went to this bridge last year, but I don't think we were happy with our efforts. This is grand.
