The Clifton Suspension Bridge, spanning the Avon Gorge, is the symbol of the city of Bristol, England. First opened in 1864, it's longest span is 702 ft (214 m) and it's 245 ft (75 m) above high water level.
Because of their size, bridges can be very hard to capture just in 1 image.
But you managed it quiet well here, it has become a beautifull shot, so, thanks for the posting.

Hi Richard great post yet surprised so little comment. Composition alone makes this a winner, you may recall that the Phloss and I went to this bridge last year, but I don't think we were happy with our efforts. This is grand.
