We found this chanterelle and his family a couple days ago. Fry them in butter and straight on a toast :)))) Yummy yummy Hope you like it too :) edit: More to read here Chanterelle. Fry it in butter and eat it on a toast or to a white sauce with them and eat it with meat. Very good to wild animal meats like moose and deer.

Splendid yellow chanterelle, and you have put its trace element this way beautiful. You must know, however, which you can eat. I do not start.

I thought this was a flower until I saw it full view and read your description. It's very lovely, isn't it?

I also thought it was a flower at first and was delightfully surprised to see such a great looking mushroom. I know they are very popular, but I don't think I have ever eaten one. Thanks for the recipes.
