This looks like the driving conditions I currently have outside my window this morning...ugh!! Looks like it's gonna be slippery getting to the office. 8~)

Luv the shimmer of light off to the right on those little trees Mariana!!

Picture Purrrfect . You never see advertisements for string…they make string, yet you never see a commercial for string!!

Another very pleasing picture Mariana - the sunshine again giving a warmth to such a cold view. They must be hazardous conditions for driving - do you need chains on the wheels?

Great picture of a nice winter walk along a road. You really captured the cold feel of day. Great Job

This road, with its tire tracks, has made for some interesting pictures, and the sun shining through to just some areas of the trees make for a very nice, subtle contrast. This one is especially nice because of the soft blue and yellow in the sky.

I love the sun coming throught the trees making them look golden. I 'm beginning to think that they don't plow the roads very much. You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

A very nice shot. Are you in Washington?

I just love the tall evergreen trees lining these snow covered roads! The lighting is awesome in this one too! Very pretty shot again Mariana! C):-)

WHAT IS MAN WITHOUT THE BEASTS? If all the beasts were gone, man would die from a great loneliness of the spirit. For whatever happens to the beasts, soon happens to man. All things are connected. ~Chief Seattle VISIT MY GALLERY

It's lovely and as Kidder said the trees lining the roads are outstanding and I like the way the sun is making them look like lacey patterns ..great job :)

How nice, stately looking trees dressed in Mother Nature's best lace… and this warm afternoon glow in the sky. The only thing I would suggest to remove is the stick on the roadside.

If you admire nature for its creations why don't you visit the gallery of its reporter...
