I took this a month ago. There was both snow and the sun shin through the clouds. The picture went a little colorless so I "foofy" it ala Ortonīs and give it a touch of sepia tone to warm it up a bit. Hope you like it. Thanks to all who view and comment. I really appreciate it.

A very soft and gentle picture and the snowflakes silently falling are nice.
A good subject for Ortons foofyfying. :)

So gentle and serene. You added sepia and the sky still retains its blue. I like that touch. I like the mood of the whole composition.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Interesting work on this one. I'm surprised that warming it up with the sepia didn't melt the snow. ;)

It looks like it belongs on the front of a fancy Christmas card, Mariana. It's just beautiful.

Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I do not get to your pictures as soon as you post them, I apologize. I try. Also if I do not respond for awhile it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it just means I'm really tied up with life.

I'm going to have to try that Orton technique. You have created an exceptionally nice soft peaceful looking scene. The sepia tone adds to the tranquil effect. Well done.
