It even looks cold. One thing about cold weather, it's always so clear. It's as though everything is frozen in time. You would think it would be shivvering from the cold and be just the opposite. Great view and title. The snowless slopes are just waiting. I would be interested to see photo from this same location with the snow. Very good Mariana.
You're making me shiver, Mariana! Snow already....brrrrrr! This is quite near your house? What are those travel trailers doing there? I guess I ask too many questions. I bet the skiers can't wait for more snow. Like Tick, I'd like to see it when it's all white too and maybe with some skiers. lol Nice 'cold' shot, Mariana. Get the wood stove going!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Once upon a time by this time of the year we would almost be assured of having snow. Yesterday it was in the 50s (11 degrees C ) And the sun was shining.
Looks like you're in for snow and stormy weather and I'm sure there are a lot of skiers that are very excited...lovely shot.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
Thanks for all the sweet and kind comments on this one. It is always appreciated.
It is a little cold. We have around 2C (35F) daytime but around -6C (21F) in the nights.
Tremendous capture Mariana...very winter and great with mist rising from mountains...you have longer winters than we have here in southeren Canada...gerry
