Of course it doesn't really matter, as long as they taste good or go to make great wine. Once you remove the skin all grapes are green or in this case b&w. Great image by the way.

Very nice capture and the colour tones add a effect as if they could be jewels ,like pearls hang in bunches .Love the light that is reflecting of the fruit and I like white thank you.
