Old pre-war German garrison building in most profound decay, in fact under demolition. Shot from the street, across the building - hole in its wall - and off to the inner "courtyard" :) = outdoors. The mesh is from the window on the street side. A little orton, a little hdr to make it harder to guess. Viewed from some distance shows what time has done with the mesh coating = paint. Is this manic enough for Monday, dear friends ? :)
I think nobody would have guessed correctly anyway SAM - This is a typical shot taken by secret agents from behind the wire mesh to be enlarged and deciphered at HQ. Good puzzle!
Excellent idea from a first rate secret agent, I was going to guess that we were looking into an abandoned home, through some kind of fencing. Congrats on this cool post. SAS =^..^=
Thought at first sight that it was a part of a large air filter, but was still puzzling where the lighter part in your image could stand for. I'm glad that you have provided us with the solution SAM else it had probably cost my night rest, lol.

"Well Stanley, here's another nice mesh you've gotten me into." You shouldn't be taking photos of the decoder template, SAM. Disciplinary actions will be taken.
I had the same guess as most of the rest except for the German connection. Too bad it's being demolished; WWII artifacts are becoming hard to come by. -Nik

i think a common house fly added would have been a nice touch..lol! interesting capture SAM. i think this is that moment just before Boris has to go mark his territory
This is the web of the rare and deadly geometric spider. The square pattern is often used for mating rituals. A very good and brave close up of its web, SAM.
