You gotta love the Arch! Beautiful capture. Love the sunshine on the arch and the gorgeous sky in the background. Very Nicely done!

Very nicely captured piece of Finnish architecture!
I envy you who have seen it on site.
The angle, clouds and composition makes justice to it's impressive size and shape!
Thanks for sharing.
Great work!

Yes the Finnish architect did a great job.You can see it for miles when you drive toward downtown St.Louis.I have one in my gallery I took from across the Mississippi River in Illinois directly across from the Arch.I love to go down at the 4th of July when there is music and food on the riverfront. They did a event a couple of years ago called Riversplash where you could sit on the steps to the Arch and they sprayed water on the river that they projected video images and Laser lights on with music. The night I went the St.Louis Symphony played. The also had recorded music from Chuck Berry another St.Louis native that night too.One of our cities treasures indeed. Thanks for the simple but elegant tribute to our Arch.

I love how you captured the clouds sort of echoing the shape of the arch.

I never tired of going up in the Arch. On a windy day it moves like a drunken sailor.
The elevators are not for those predisposed to claustrophobia.
Cleaning up the final costs was my first project in business.
This is a good photo although I always thought it was impossible to take a bad photo of the Arch.

I love this pic! It reminded me of this past Christmas, b/c our family went up together. Talk about trying to fit seven people in that tiny little elevator!!! Not so fun.

I took a ride to the top of the arch a few years ago. Beautiful angle on this and the sky is gorgeous.
