wow maybe that its truly incredible. because it is. I love how it is focused. very cool. and the colors are great, i love the lighter pink of the old blossom tigh the darker pink against it. the detail in this is just insane. i love the water drops on the out of focus rose. its also awesome how that new blossom is in there, kind of the stages of the flower. very beautiful image. ~abby

As for what kind of flower it is im not much better then weed_hopper at telling flowers from weeds, but i believe they are both wild roses. It happens to be alberta's provincal flower i do believe. (It's on our licences plates atleast.)
