You should keep the (obviously) modified Saturation but discard the kinda blurry filter because the angle and the motive along with the colors sure are great!

Nice capture. I love the richness of the colours, the deep dark blue of the water really stands out. A nicely composed photo. The blurriness could be lost or toned down to make it an even better photo.
