Here's another fractal! This is using purmusic's parameters for the apophysis challenge. At least the background is, anyway. Enjoy! Criticism is welcome :)

Any attempt to distort reality will create a different but new reality. Don't see, however, why this fractal has the word reality in its title. To me its more a reflection of your imagination.

Very cool! I love the colours, and the flower-like symbol in the middle is in such contrast with the chaos on the outside.

Just found this one. My apologies. I thought perhaps you did not end up with something to your liking, and admittedly those parameters were made available with novice users of Apophysis in mind.
Hmm ... wonder what the results would be if you switched the emphasis and layers around?
Your 'distorted' touch ... on top ... is a tad posterized. No biggie, artistic licence and all that stuff.
Kind of liking the mood of the olive coloured flame in the background. Has a real feel to it.
That said ... nice experimentation. :o)
