Had my old camera with me today, so this is about the best quality I could get at 800 ISO hand-held. I think it suits the image though. It reminds me of a U2 track "Alex Descends Into Hell for a Bottle of Milk" from A Clockwork Orange.

I agree with Dante, I think a bit more dramatic lighting or coloring in the smoke would give this more of a feeling of "hell" if that is what you are going for.

I think this is a pretty cool photo, however it doesn't conjure up the feeling of entering Hades for me either. I'm not sure that I would have come up with any different a name for it myself though, so can't really fault you!

Surprisingly i do get a hellish feeling from this image, but maybe it depends on your vision of hell itself. In any case its a great photo, and although the quality isn't great, i really like it.

I'm sure that's what those who work down there every day think too. Good shot of what looks like an intolerable work environment and great color over all.
