Great image, and I too smell suplhur :) Rotarua is a lovely place to visit but I would not like to live there, although they say you become immune to the smell. Did you get any shots of the boiling mud pools Martina?

Very pretty almost sureal! I have also been on a volcano island, in another part of the world though, but it sure is something to remember! Impressive picture no doubt!

I have never been to someplace like this. I would like to go sometime though. How do you get rid of the smell? Good shot.

Volcanos totally terrify me!!!!!!! I have never seen one in person...and though the photos are always majestic...I am just scared...hahaha! This is very interesting....and well done!

Nice capture, I have seen this, and taken a bath,and stayed in a hostel in Rotorua. After two days I was sweating rotten eggs!
Some say they can still smell it sometime when they come near me...
