Molonglo Reach again. The same morning as Golden Molonglo Reach and Cold Duck at Sunrise. Originally I kept this photo because I loved the water colours in the foreground but there was also a lot of grain there. Eventually I had to bite the bullet and get rid of that foreground, which is why I've presented this one with the black bar framing, fortunately that works with the basic composition of the photo. The original was cropped, warp sharpened and tone mapped (At least twice.). There may also be a little evidence left in the foreground of some noise filtering.

OMG this is absolutely GORGEOUS! I love the foggy mist comming off the water and around the sun! That reflection is unbelievable! I wish I could just climb right into the picture and be there! This is my favorite of yours yet Mikel. I just can't express how much I love this capture! But I think you're too obsessed with grain and noise. Beautiful work smoothing it out none the less.
