As a general rule I find the "chaotic colours" type fractals unappealing but the curve of the blue marble shape gives this one enough form that it balanced the chaos sufficiently to appeal to my aesthetic.

I'm normally not a big fan of fractals to be honest but this one really stood out for me and I thought wow this is great work. I agree with you that the blue curve balances the explosion of the reds and yellows. I just had to comment on this. Thanks for sharing!! I have fav'd this too by the way.
