A couple years ago I was up in the wee hours of the morning when I heard a street sweeper coming up my street, so I grabbed my camera and set up on the lawn, setting the exposure low and long. This 25-second exposure caught the strobe lights and side lights on the sweeper without the sweeper itself. It's so bizarre an image I thought it was a good one for Manic Monday (speaking of Manic Monday, there's never been a more appropriate Manic Monday than tomorrow when you see how many people are waiting to see the eclipse as this Pineville, Oregon, police dept. photo shows).

'Nik', I don't wish that our street sweeper is 'invisible' too, but 'not audible', because it wakes me up very early when it has its turn to sweep my street.
Good find and very well captured. Perfect entry for Manic Monday!

Before I opened the thumbnail I thought that this was the sky. Good take with the long exposure and also good one for m.Monday.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
