after rending this fractal i noticed something very peculiar about it. there is this doorlike blank spot in the render and i dont remember it being like that. seemed like an ominous opening to to other world (?) what do you think?

Wow. This really caught my eye immediately. It really pops out of the blackness. It's like a spectre rushing through the door of another dimension. Cool!

It could just be our fear of the unknown that suggests to us that a leap in the dark is likely a leap into danger or that the unexpected must be unfortunate. Humans like control and fear losing it...
