Very beautiful tears. It reminds me more of ice flowers or perhaps a frosted stained glass window. But perhaps there is something sad about the overall effect - so maybe tears are a good comparison, too.

I like the intensity of this, fading off to the edges, and the iced colours which highlight the centre.

How lovely. I'm not tired of apop fractals at all. I like trying to take them into other software programs and fooling around with them...have I posted any lately? No....but maybe soon when they get to even this close in beauty. Love the colors here :)PJ
