I made an attempt at a glassy look for part of it and i think it turned out quite well. You could say its the complimentary piece to Celtic Fractal since they are based on the same backgrounds and the who red/blue kind of thing lol let me know what you think about this one! thanks :-)

Indeed, I second solita17's comments. This is simply lovely - like a cold jewel shining among the ice. Maybe this is at the heart of all the "Winter Wonderland" stories!

I prefer this to the red 'Celtic Fractal' partly because I prefer blues to reds and partly because I prefer the design of this one. Or maybe something else.

I like the restrained delicacy of the centre contrasted with the wilder swirls of ice around it - like a jewel at the centre of a snow or ice storm.

Nicely done. I particularly like the blue shimmery efect within the petals.

Lovely one, this. A cool blue, and the wispy abstract in the background works very well.

Nice work, Kevin You captured the sense of liquid quite well. I think the "light flair" above the center was a bit distracting. It reminded me of a jellyfish or some Pasha wearing a really large turban. I thought the background gives just the right amount of contrast to the image. Well done...R
