Your horizon isn't level - it drops to the right. Otherwise though, I caved in when I saw how eerily peacful your photo is. I can imagine the silence there was haunting. As is your photo. Good work.
I really like the composition you've chosen here. The way the light is being diffused by the fog makes for a nice effect as well. However, I would recommend trying to keep a flat horizon. This is easy to fix in post processing (ie with photoshop, photopaint, etc).

I learned long ago that making sure the horizon line is straight is very important. People here helped me to see that, and I've been watchful ever since. It can be straightened real easy tho.
I like this photo shot very much. The snow, the cold feeling and the 'framing' the trees give this photo, its all very good. I had not seen your work til today, so I'm glad your photo was posted...and I could go to your gallery. Nice work..verena
