DAY! I shot this one around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. An incredible storm front turned the day into night. Just before hell broke loose and almost drowned us, the sun broke through and lit up the dunes and sea. The very high contrast exaggerated the already surreal light, turning the dark blue clouds into black. The "stars" you see are actually seagulls lit up by the sun. The only drawback of the picture is that it is not very sharp. The wind made it impossible to keep my camera still. The camera in question is a Sony DSC-P120. I fixed everything in manual mode except for the ISO selection. Now the camera selected a higher ISO setting (200) and, I have to admit it, it gets a bit grainy then.
