A late afternoon sun, colorfull ships in the harbour, a blue sky and sea, it all made up for a perfect ending of a sailing trip.

There is certainly something about those masts....wow...excitement flows! You must have had a grand time...I love the blue of that water! So very rich in colour! and all those flags..nice nice shot Paul!!

You’ve been sailing? Hides twinge of jealousy. Just imagine there was a time not so long ago when all harbours would have looked something like this. To be honest I think this is a touch to dark in the shadows and midtones and that’s easy to correct in an image editor (PhotoFiltre is a good free one). But I find the content fascinating especially the bargeboards on the side of the boat to the right. Don’t they make a colourful display with all those flags?
