Oh my, what big teeth you have!! This detail is amazing Paul. I can even see the split ends of his hair..lol~ I don't believe that I have ever seen a lion this close-up before. What a great capture Paul. Thanks for sharing it with us! :~)

i must check out your entire gallery soon as i find some time. i promise i will.. i have seen remarkable images of yours.. and it would be a shame to miss one of those :) this one is a perfect heir to the first image of this magnificent animal..
the details are tremendous, i'm impressed with this one.. was it a full zoom, glass wall or a brave close up? :)) i love that royal look on his face.. this image really pictures the fact why he is called the king of the animals... simply look at that strength and authority.. i know i'm afraid :)) but i love lions.. they are stunning animals.. and you've managed to capture his best quality with this outstanding image. congratulations! heh, i'm now used to seeing brilliant images from your side :)) i know you won't disappoint me ;)

I don't think I have seen so many colors on a lion before! Looks like a supremodel with a perfectly natural dye job! And that green "border" looks great. This lion would be at the peak of satisfaction if he were posing for his professional photographs... you make him look so good.
