This one is a request from Quiet. It is the main hall and you can see part of the gardens. It may not occur to you, but this was one very difficult shot to make, because of the lighting problems.

I can easily understand that this was a hard task...but you did a great job, Paul. The details in the shadows and in the garden are there...

Superior capture, especially the balance of light and detail.

Oh I am sure it was difficult to capture the light..because of the many types there are! I love the patterns made from the light thru the window upon the floor...and then the wonderful reflection of the UPPER window onto the floor too..wow...then to be able to look outside...wow...just wow Paul..wow!!!

Thanks for making this photo happen for all of us here! There are things that look perfect when you just look at them, but the camera of course sees things in a different way! So really, thank you for allowing us seeing the scene in our eyes way! :) Great job!

I've just happened upon this! Thank you! Views through a window are wonderful. What an amazing room, and just an excellent capture. I know I'm not alone in enjoying this series so much. Thank you again!! 10 from me :-)

Good exposure. The details on the busts and columns are well defined in between those hot windows and the view is magnificent out in that bright day. I have a lot of trouble finding a balance when shooting from dark to light or vice-versa.

Brilliant interior shot, which are some of the most difficult in the world of photography........did you use a digital camera for this, because its amazingly clear for an interior shot....also do you remember the shutter speed. 10/10 from me!
