Occassionally I have a discussion with a Ceades member concerning soft focus and how it might improve a photo in some cases. Here is an example of what I mean by soft focus.

Did you use any special filter after the photo or was this "look" accomplished while taking the shot. It's beautiful, BTW, the lighting is amazing, not only in the flowers, but in the softened foliage. This is my idea of a 10.

If that is "soft focus" it is barley soft focus. I dure do like the variety of structure in this flower. It has a little bit of everything built into it. yes, I like the dark background also. Well done. Pat
