Yes, that would be a nice place to life. I will post a piece of the harbor at the end of this street tomorrow, and I am pretty sure you'll agree with me. This is in Port Mogan on the Island of Gran Canaria.
Hi Paul. These are sure nice colors you got in here. I like the converging lines on the image as well, but I kind of wish you'd included a tiny bit of the left side of the street. It might have provided a bit of context. My wife and I have been discussing visiting the Canaries for years. I'm jealous that you got there ahead of us.
Wow Paul, this is a gorgeous shot! I love the lines of the houses as well as the bold colors. The flowers add such a lovely soft touch. The sun was very good to you at gave you some excellent lighting and the shadows seem to dance off of the houses. Maybe some day I will get to visit there. This will make a dreamy desktop for me (dreaming that I will go there soon :~). Well done my friend!
Thanks for the visit to ~big ship~. This was a tanker hauling somehting, I don't think there would be a casino on it :(...I don't go to them though, it is like throwing your money in the water!!!! The people flock to them here though. I enjoyed the foreground in the tanker image. It really was quite close to us. I imagine the water is quite deep in that Strait!
Stop by anytime. The door is always open. Glad you enjoyed :~)
Love the stray shrubs growing on the rooftops and vine drenched balconies. It's colorful and cheerful but it's also so even and orderly. Very strict codes I'm sure. A beautiful blend of island and spanish style
